I enjoyed a deeply relaxing and calming sound bath with Anna. The crystal bowls relieved the stress from my whole body and mind through the vibrations of the sounds. Each person in the group received individual healing too in various forms. The space and practice felt safe and warming under Anna’s caring guidance. I left feeling incredibly calm and uplifted. Would definitely recommend trying it.

I would recommend Anna's Sound Baths to everyone. It's quite an incredible experience to hear and feel pure sound rippling through your body - pleasure and joy are the words I would use to describe the emotions I felt. In the first Bath I felt my lower spine lurch and judder and it then seemed to involuntarily spasm into place. Quite an amazing feeling and since then I haven't suffered with lower back pain and I am sitting up so much straighter and more easily. (Not sure if this is a known effect but I'll take it!). The richly perfumed oils and scents Anna uses are wonderful fragrant and soothing and add another deep layer to the overall sensory experience. I've had two Baths so far and both as a newbie and a returnee Anna made me feel welcome and completely at ease from the first moment. Anna runs sessions with small numbers of participants so she is able to give everyone a decent chunk of her individual attention. It really is an experience worth trying - for me it's one that I thoroughly enjoyed and feel benefit from and will return to. Treat yourself and have a Sound Bath with Anna!

Really enjoyed the Cacao ceremony, Shamanic healing and sound bath. It was a powerful - beautiful 2.5 hrs of pure peace and relaxation. Highly recommend Anna and this experience.
