I enjoyed a deeply relaxing and calming sound bath with Anna. The crystal bowls relieved the stress from my whole body and mind through the vibrations of the sounds. Each person in the group received individual healing too in various forms. The space and practice felt safe and warming under Anna’s caring guidance. I left feeling incredibly calm and uplifted. Every time I have seen Anna she has always helped clear deep blockages and I always feel very loved and cared for.
